XLT (exalt) is a night where teens from different parishes come together for an
intense night of prayer and worship. The night is divided into three parts:
1. Praise and Worship Music
2. Preaching
3. Adoration
"XLT is an intense night of worship."
XLT began in Atlanta, Georgia under the leadership of veteran youth
minister Paul George. Paul knew that teens needed to grow in understanding and
appreciation for the Eucharist. Soon there were hundreds of teens from around
the city coming together for XLT. Now there are several cities doing XLT.
The XLT you listen to here on lifeteen.com is recorded in Mesa, Arizona. Matt
Maher leads the music, Jason Pastore is the emcee, and each week they have a
new speaker. If you are ever in the Phoenix area on Tuesday night, come and
join us at 7:30:
XLT @ St. Timothy Academy
2520 S Alma School Rd,
Mesa, AZ 85210
...on the east side of Alma School, in between Guadalupe and
Baseline.
